Using Video Cameras with i2iAuction

In some instances, users wish or need to record items away from their computer. It is of course, difficult and often impossible to use a conventional webcam for this task. Not all is lost, however, as there are ways solve this problem that are both cheap and effective.

First and foremost, most any conventional consumer or professional-level video camera can be used with i2iAuction Video. All that is required is an inexpensive RCA -> USB conversion unit.

Typically, these units have RCA connectors on one side that attach to most any video cameras' outputs. The signal is then sent over a USB connector that can be attached to your computer's USB inputs.
